Card Connection looks to the future

There’s been significant change in the leadership team at Card Connection recently. Managing Director Michael Johnson has left the business after 22 Years, with Sales Director Graham Staff stepping up to be the new MD.

“It’s an exciting time for Card Connection. As an established business model with years of great process and procedure in place, it’s important for us to not only maintain what’s working well, but also find ways to simplify and improve what we do and how we can further support our franchisees and customers.” “I’m looking forward to helping us build on the success we have had in the past few years.”

Graham’s empty post had been filled by Matthew Heathcock, who joins Card Connection with a wealth of sales experience across several previous roles. As Sales Director, Matthew joins the Card Connection senior team, alongside Graham and Creative Director Kelly Courtenay.

In his first weeks in the job, Matthew has been very impressed with what he’s seen. “With the experience and passion across the team here in Farnham and our terrific franchisee partners, I’m certain we can find plenty of opportunities to grow the business further and I’m looking forward to being part of that”.

Whatever challenges the future may bring, this greeting card franchisor’s new management structure is well-set to face them with confidence.
